Due to the nature of our services — which include immediate access to proprietary educational materials, coaching frameworks, systems, recordings, and optional live or on-demand support — we do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or chargebacks under any circumstances unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

This applies to:

• Coaching programs
• Mentorship programs
• Educational materials
• Digital content
• Group or individual support
• Optional add-ons or bonuses
• Payment plans

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Lack of results
• Failure to take action
• Failure to attend calls or sessions
• Scheduling conflicts
• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Financial hardship
• Perceived lack of fit
• Time constraints
• Market conditions

You understand and agree that results depend on many factors outside Company’s control, including effort, execution, experience, and market conditions.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the full contract value
• Payments are not subscriptions
• Failure to complete payments does not void your obligation

Missed or failed payments may result in:

• Suspension or termination of access
• Collection efforts
• Continued liability for the full balance

No refunds will be issued for partially completed payment plans.

Any optional services, bonuses, or additional features (including but not limited to live support, observational participation, or capital-raising education components) are provided at Company’s discretion and do not carry separate monetary value.

These items:

• Are non-transferable
• Are not redeemable for cash
• Are not eligible for refunds or credits

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.

Any chargeback or dispute initiated in violation of this policy constitutes a breach of agreement and may result in:

• Immediate termination of access
• Permanent removal from all programs
• Collection of outstanding balances
• Legal action where applicable

No verbal statements, emails, messages, or sales conversations override this Refund Policy.

Any exception must be:

• In writing
• Signed by an authorized representative of HughPrint LLC
